MY TERMS OF SERVICE!

♢    I have the right to refuse the commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request, feel like I cannot draw what you are asking properly, etc.♢    Only one request per transaction please, it makes it easier for me to manage what you are commissioning.♢    The client must provide me with written clear details and at least 2 visual references of their requested character(s). Otherwise, I cannot complete the commission.♢    The prices stated are the base prices - they may increase, based on the complexity of the commissioned piece.♢    Additional characters cost an additional $5 onto the total cost.♢    I must be paid in full before I start working on the commission.♢    The client may cancel the commission request at no charge if they have not paid the invoice, however once the detailed sketch is done refunds not allowed.♢    The client MUST credit mikey.justice as the artist of the commissioned piece. Therefore, i will not remove my watermark from my work.♢    The client cannot use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and AI purposes.
